About us:

Embarking on my journey as a sports and physical trainer in 2012, I sculpted bodies initially across many gyms with more than 300 clients for 4 years. I evolved into a specialist in strength and conditioning. The pages of my journey turned from training runners and skiers to chapters on rehabilitation in the world of sports medicine, where I not only mended bodies but also mended spirits.

My trajectory from specialist strength and conditioning to holistic wellness advocate was an odyssey that traversed the realms of pain and healing. As I extended my expertise to those grappling with cerebral palsy, herniated discs, and post-surgery recovery, the essence of my work evolved into a narrative of empowerment through physical and mental resilience.

Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, I integrated yoga into my approach, learning and practicing since 2018. I discovered the therapeutic dance of breath and movement, culminating in a narrative that encourages self-discovery and empowers others to script their own tales of physical and mental well-being.

Where do you provide your yoga sessions?

We offer flexibility in accessing our yoga sessions to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences:

• Online Sessions via Zoom: Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for live yoga classes conducted through Zoom.

• In-Person Sessions in Dubai: For those located in Dubai or visiting the area, we provide in-person yoga sessions at your place, or outdoor session.

• In-Person Sessions in Lebanon (July, August): For those located in Lebanon or visiting the area in summer.
